Puebla retires after 29 years

County supervisors and Treasurer Caesar Ramirez thanked Lupita Puebla for her 29-year career working for the Santa Cruz County Treasurer’s Office, and awarded her a rising star trophy during the board of supervisors meeting on April 6.
