Gov's cuts not to blame for woe

Gov. Jan Brewer’s proposed budget for next year would slash state funding for community colleges by roughly half, but that dramatic pull-out of state support won’t affect Cochise College’s operations in Santa Cruz County – they’re still getting exactly zero from the state in the coming year.
